Welcome back to the classic Canal Run – If you’re considering signing up, do it! If you haven’t yet considered it, do it! This is an enjoyable atmosphere and signing up for a run or 5k walk is a great way to motivate yourself to commit to healthy habits! Check out the full details for the Canal Run on their web page. There is always a need for volunteers as well!

A geology tour, spelunking adventure, and race all in one. The Miner’s Revenge Mountain Bike Race is one unlike any other. Check it out!
When:
Saturday July 15th, 2017; DH race starts at 12pm Noon and goes until all racers have completed two runs. Runs are shuttled and pre-rides will be allowed any time before the race.
Cross country race starts at 5 pm for the long race (expert) and 5:10 pm for the short race (sport). Preride for the XC course will be Friday night and anytime Saturday that doesn’t interfere with the DH race. The underground portion of the course will only be open Friday night, Saturday before 9am and from 3-4:30 pm before the race start.
Enduro race is Sunday July 16th at 10:30a.m.

Improve your riding, meet new people and have a weekend of fun on the world class trails in Copper Harbor. We will once again be part of the Liv Ladies Allride MTB Clinic Series with Lindsey Richter (Voreis) for 2017! Additional coaches to be announced.
Event dates for 2017 are July 28th, 29th, & 30th.
Who should attend? Any woman that wants to improve their mountain bike skills in a supportive and fun environment. Yes, that means YOU! Ladies of all skill levels will be there.
THE 2016 EVENT REACHED CAPACITY IN UNDER 15 MINUTES! Registration for the 2017 event will open on March 1 at 7pm eastern, 6pm central. Have your computer ready to grab one of the limited spots.
Fee for the weekend of events is $245 which includes 2.5 days of skills, drills, and on the trail learning; shuttles; lunches on saturday and sunday; coffee and sweets on Sunday morning; evening education sessions on friday and social on saturday; commemorative tshirt; swag toss; and priceless memories.
Cancellation policy: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee until July 10th. After July 10th – No refunds but we will allow transfers of registration up to 5 days prior to event. Available spots will be filled in order from the waiting list.
