EVENT UPDATE: Great workout tonight! We’ll see you and your friends on Friday June 12th for our next outing!
Start your weekend off right! Cross-training sessions begin Friday, June 5th and will happen every Friday into August. If your skill level is anywhere between total newbie to seasoned trail running or mountain biking veteran, these sessions are for you.
After the workout, an educational lecture is scheduled at Cross Country Sports. This week Dr. John Durocher, Michigan Tech Human Anatomy and Physyology professor, will be presenting just after the workout at approximately 6:00pm.

Friday Night Fitness: Circuit style cross-training sessions lasting 45 minutes. The workout will begin at 5:15 pm and end at 6:00 pm. Meet in front of Cross Country Sports. Most of the workout will be held in Agassiz Park.
Educational Evenings: Lecture series held immediately following the circuit workout at 6pm. We will set-up in the trail running gear section of Cross Country Sports. This session will be presented by Dr. John Durocher, the Human Anatomy and Physiology professor at MTU. Then, catch a presentation on adventure cycling!
Saturdays: Join us for FREE training runs on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am until…. well, we will let you decide. ALL levels welcome!
Bring a healthy snack or meal to keep your body performing at it’s optimum levels!
