Get Ready for the First Swedetown Trail Run
Saturdays: FREE training runs on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am until…. well, we will let you decide 🙂 ALL levels welcome!
Bring a healthy snack or meal to keep your body performing at it’s optimum levels!
Other Trail Running Training Events
Friday Night Fitness: Circuit style cross training sessions lasting 45 minutes. The workout will begin at 5:15 pm and end at 6:00 pm. Meet in front of Cross Country Sports. Most of the workout will be held in Agassiz Park.
Educational Evenings: Lecture series held immediately following the circuit workout at 6 pm. We will set-up in the trail running gear section of Cross Country Sports.
Running events begin on the first weekend of June
