The 27.5″ (650b) bikes are fairly new on the mountain biking scene, bringing the perfect option for the rider who likes qualities from both the 26″ and 29″ wheel sizes. Smaller riders get the benefit of the 27.5″ rolling over obstacles better than a 26″ without feeling too large like the 29″ does.
